Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Seva Booking Cancellation

Devotees may request cancellation of seva or pooja bookings by contacting the temple administration before the scheduled seva date.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Seva booking fees and donations are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations approved by the temple management.
• If a seva is cancelled by the temple due to unforeseen circumstances, devotees may be offered rescheduling or partial refund options.

3. Donation Policy

All donations made to Attivatta Sri Annapurneshwari Devi Temple are voluntary and used for temple maintenance, poojas, Annadana, charitable activities, and spiritual services. Donations once processed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Rescheduling

Requests for seva rescheduling may be accepted based on availability and temple schedules. Approval is subject to temple administration discretion.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original payment method.

6. Temple Rights

The temple management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any seva, pooja, homa, or temple event due to religious schedules, festivals, maintenance work, natural conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
